Cheers to Friday!

Today’s outfit is a sweater dress from ASOS that I’ve paired with cut-out booties. I love that this dress looks like two different pieces! The top is really well constructed. It’s lined, making it thicker and feel high quality. The neckline ends at a comfortable place too – it’s not too low and I don’t have to worry about flashing anyone lol. The skirt definitely needs a slip under the skirt as it’s only one layer and see-through. I recommend wearing a longer slip than what I have on. I wish I had taken the time to find the right length of slip, but such is life lol. Typically I don’t like wearing skin tight dresses, but this one is comfortable since the top is so loose! I think this dress is perfect for holiday parties or church ceremonies 🙂

Happy Wednesday + happy DECEMBER! Officially playing Christmas music and drinking alll the hot chocolate 🙂

I love today’s outfit for the Christmas season! It’s a gingham midi skirt and cable knit sweater, paired with platform sneakers and a Kate Spade purse. The length of this skirt is perfect for taller girls! I’m 5’7″ and it hits perfectly at my calves. The material doesn’t shrink either, so the length will stay. I styled this skirt on the casual side but it can also be dressed up with a black sweater and heels or booties! The best part – this skirt is currently on sale for 50% off, which makes it $34 🙂

My cable knit sweater is super soft and isn’t see-through one bit. It has a mock neck and the length is ideal to wear with anything high-waisted. I think I’ll be wearing it a lot in the near future – it’s thicker and goes with just about any kind of bottom.

Happy happy Monday! I hope your Thanksgiving was relaxing and well spent with family/friends! Our’s was one of the best we’ve ever had!!

Today’s outfit is a turquoise pleated top, black jeans, and white booties. The top is from H+M and is currently on sale for 30% off with Cyber Monday! It’s sold out in this color, but it’s still available in red and white – both of which will look really pretty in the Christmas season! The top is really lightweight and also lined, so it’s not see-through like most shirts with this material. The details on it make it really feminine – it’s pleated all the way around and has small ruffles at the end of the sleeves and neckline. The high neckline also makes a statement and allows you to wear it with statement jewelry or on its own.

My jeans are also on sale right now for less than $50 on Amazon! These are one of my go-to pairs if you couldn’t tell (I share them every week lol)
