Yaay its F R I D A Y ! Has the week flown by for you or did it seem to drag on? It definitely flew by for me.

These photos were taken when it was about 100° outside, so disregard the odd/awkward poses haha. We were very toasty and ready to get out of the heat. But about the outfit, this denim dress is from Target and it is amazing quality! The material makes it perfect for the Fall (can’t believe that’s right around the corner) because it’s really thick. It also has a high neck and a slight gathering at the shoulder, which make it different than other denim dresses I’ve seen. I think it’s a great go-to dress – it’s been mine for sure!

Today’s top is so fun and flattering 🙂 I love the big sleeves! They have a lot of extra fabric to give the sleeves a more bubbly effect. The material is also really light and airy, making it bearable to wear in the summer heat. The color is a nice deep shade of blue that I haven’t seen very often. It’s really unique and I think it will look beautiful on so many skin tones! What’s even better: this shirt is a part of the Express sale and less than $50!

Hello hello! It’s been a little while since I’ve posted. My schedule changed recently and I was struggling to manage it at first. I put blogging aside but now I want to make it a priority again!

Today’s outfit has been one of my favorites for work recently. It’s comfy but chic, and it doesn’t take long to put together! The top is the statement piece of this outfit. It’s slightly oversized and has the prettiest lace that shines in the light. The ruffle along the bottom is long and dramatic, which is something I’ve been looking for more and more lately. It’s also affordable because right now it’s on sale!

My bag is Kate Spade and although I purchased it from TJ Maxx, Nordstrom Rack has it at a reasonable price as well. I LOVE this bag for work because it’s the perfect size to fit everything I need, yet compact and light enough to carry around without your arm getting tired! There’s also a detachable strap that comes with it, so you can wear it on your arm or around your body as a satchel.

Both my shoes and jeans are from Target! The jeans are made of a soft denim and have a straight cut fit, so it’s easy to wear them all day long. They also come with a strap/belt to wear around the waist, but I took it off for this outfit.
